122 DAY GONG PROTOCOL
FOUNDATIONS and BRINGING QI TO THE BODY (optional):
From Monday 16 to Friday 20 February and from Monday 23 to Friday 27 February.
The times are 07:00–08:30 am (Mexico City Time).
The Practitioner's Route offers practice and integration sessions designed to increase Qi in the body and strengthen your connection with the Lower DanTien and the energy points that will be worked on in the GONG.
PHASE 1. GONG PREPARATION
PHASE 2. Initial evaluation
PERSONALISED FOLDER: Each practitioner will be provided with a link to their individual follow-up folder. This folder will contain your personal information, including your medical history, current state, responses to the questionnaire, and its analysis. The follow-up process will also be documented in the folder.
CLINICAL TESTS: It is recommended that a clinical study, focousing on the tests below, be conducted in the period between one and two days prior to the initiation of the GONG, and between one and two days following the conclusion of the GONG.

The files will subsequently be uploaded to your private folder. The integration of more personalised studies is optional.
PHASE 3. During the GONG
FREQUENCY OF PRACTICE: It is important to keep the PRACTITIONER'S DIARY where you will take note of the weekly frequency of your practice during the GONG.
(This is not to judge your frequency, but to be able to evaluate the changes in relation to the consistency achieved during the GONG).
MONITORING YOUR ROUTE: You will receive a bi-weekly follow-up questionnaire to evaluate changes or reactions in your systems.
PHASE 4. Closure
CLOSURE OF THE GONG: Upon completion of the GONG, you are invited to undertake the same clinical studies as at the beginning, complete the final follow-up questionnaire.
During the month of July, two weekly practice sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays 07:00–08:30 am (Mexico City Time) will be scheduled to facilitate a gradual transition towards the conclusion of the GONG.
